Valley forge casino security

Again, the casino is in an area where middle class and above live. These people would harass employees and they were okay by security to stay on property. I felt very unsafe a lot of the time because we would have sketchy or irate guests, and they did nothing about it. A lot of the management there have been there less than 2 years. There are some day one people and ones that have been there for a lot of years. Because of this, as mentioned earlier, we had high turn over. I tried to make it work but it never improved. My time there was short for a lot of reasons. Can’t get much help for things you have questions about because a lot of people here are not helpful, don’t know what they’re even doing or hesitate to help you. You have no work/life balance whatsoever especially if your department is open 24/7. People that they can find and that they hire, are very inexperienced and lack the skills needed for their position. Expect to work all the time to make up for the lack of staffing. Properly identifies all employees entering the business.

And being that it’s in a location that a lot of the ppl live, work for big companies, self employed, etc. Protects the money room, administrative offices and other areas of the casino resort. It’s also difficult because turn over is extremely high here. It’s always a stressful and chaotic environment because of this.
